Installation environment of intelligent light system

Il LED intelligent light system has both weak current circuit and strong current circuit, which has certain requirements for the technical level of engineering personnel. Both knowledge and skills must be taken into account. At the same time, the installation and working environment must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of relevant installation manuals.

In general, the following points must be paid attention to during installation and use:

1) The working temperature is generally 0-45 ℃, which is different for individual systems. For example, the color touch screen is 0-30 ℃, and the design scheme and installation construction must be strictly implemented in accordance with relevant requirements.

2) The equipment will generate heat, and the place where the equipment is installed must be ventilated. Do not block the ventilation and cooling holes of the equipment.

3) The system equipment (such as outdoor illuminance sensor) that is not clearly marked for outdoor use is used indoors. If it must be used outdoors, waterproof and dustproof measures shall be taken.

4) There are certain requirements for the spacing of different equipment, which must be in accordance with the requirements of equipment ventilation and heat dissipation and convenient construction wiring. For example, l5112d10lp series large silicon boxes should pay more attention. In order to meet the requirements of these two aspects, the spacing between the upper and lower silicon boxes should not be less than 300mm, and the left and right should not be less than 150mm.

5) Dust will affect the heat dissipation of equipment, and also lead to equipment control failure or even damage due to humidity. Therefore, dust must be removed regularly to ensure the appropriate working environment of the equipment. The general working humidity is 0-95%, and there is no frost. The requirements of individual equipment are different.

6) For l5112d series large silicon box products, in order to meet the weight requirements of the equipment, the fixed objects need to be able to bear the corresponding weight, and even do structural reinforcement.

7) The dimmer product has a slight AC sound, and the smart relay will make a click sound when the internal relay is switched on or off, which is a normal phenomenon.

8) For the equipment installed with cooling fan, the fan shall be checked regularly, and the fan shall be replaced in time if damaged.
